Payment Terms and Conditions

Lantern Room Marketing Payment, Late Payment, Refund, Cancellation and Agreement Modification Terms.

 

These Payment Terms and Conditions govern the payment policies for services provided by Fire, Security & Sound Systems, Inc. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Payment Terms

Upon reaching an agreement, payment is due immediately on the day the agreement is finalized, and our work commences. For those opting for payment plans, the agreed-upon installments are also due on the specified dates as per the plan.

Invoices: Invoices will be issued either upon completion of the service or in accordance with the schedule established for ongoing services.

Payment Due: All payments must be settled on the same day the agreement is made or as per the payment plan schedule. This is applicable unless a different arrangement has been specifically agreed upon.

Accepted Methods of Payment: We offer various convenient payment options, including a check, credit card, ACH bank transfer, to accommodate your needs.

 

Late Payment Policy

Late Payment Fee: Payments not received by the due date will incur a late fee of 10% per month on the outstanding balance.

Notification: Customers will be notified of overdue payments and given a grace period of [number] days to settle the invoice before late fees are applied.

Service Interruption: Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

 

Refund Policy

Service Cancellation: Refunds for cancelled services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, customers must cancel the service within 30 days of the initial purchase or agreement.

Processing Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed within 90 days of the cancellation request.

 

Cancellation Policy

Notice of Cancellation: Customers wishing to cancel a service must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance.

Early Termination Fee: Early termination of services may incur a fee, which will be detailed in the service agreement.

Service Completion: Services completed before cancellation are non-refundable.

 

Modifications to Terms

Changes to Terms: Lantern Room Marketing reserves the right to modify these payment terms and conditions at any time.

Notification of Changes: Customers will be notified of any significant changes to the terms and conditions.
